Role Description The Lighting Control Systems Technician is a full-time, on-site role. This role is responsible for installing, configuring, and programming lighting and shade control systems for residential projects, ensuring seamless integration with other home technologies. Day-to-day tasks include performing diagnostic tests, identifying and resolving technical issues, and completing preventive maintenance to keep systems operating reliably. The technician collaborates closely with designers, project managers, and installers to implement project plans, document system configurations, and support system upgrades. The role also involves providing user training and ongoing technical support to clients, delivering clear guidance on system features and operation while maintaining high standards of customer service and safety.
