Create and test low- to high-fidelity prototypes to validate concepts and de-risk decisions. Craft clear design narratives that explain the WHAT, WHY, and HOW and connect design choices to user needs and business outcomes. Participate in team critiques and rituals, contributing positively to team culture and continuous learning. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, HCI, UX, Interaction Design, or related field AND 3+ years of product or service design experience, OR equivalent experience using design thinking to solve problems. Submission must include a digital portfolio demonstrating UI fundamentals, clear layouts, systems thinking, and ability to explain design decisions and trade-offs. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma and prototyping/vibe-coding platforms. Experience using frontier AI technologies to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, content creation, accessibility reviews, and experimentation. Strong foundation in interaction design, usability, accessibility, and inclusive design best practices. Effective communication and storytelling skills and ability to present work and receive feedback constructively. Compensation Typical U.S. base pay range: USD 102,100 - 202,200 per year. San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area range: USD 133,800 - 219,200 per year. Notes Candidates should be comfortable with rapid prototyping, testing, and a "making and building" mindset.
