Territory Sales Representative – Commission Based

MickeyValentine LLC is seeking motivated, independent sales representatives to develop new business throughout assigned territories in New York City, Long Island and New Jersey.

This is a field-based, commission-driven sales role centered around direct outreach to local businesses. Representatives will spend most of their time working within a designated territory, visiting businesses in person, speaking with owners and managers, identifying qualified opportunities and closing new accounts.

This is a true door-to-door / outside sales position. It is best suited for someone who is comfortable approaching businesses cold, hearing “no,” staying disciplined without constant supervision and consistently working a territory until opportunities are created.

The role offers significant income upside for strong performers. Successful representatives have the opportunity to earn into the five figures per month based on production, with compensation tied directly to results.

We are looking for people who are:

• Confident approaching business owners and decision-makers in person

• Comfortable with high-volume door-to-door prospecting

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Persistent and comfortable with rejection

• Organized enough to manage a specific territory and follow up consistently

• Professional, reliable and trustworthy

• Competitive and motivated by commission-based compensation

• Able to travel throughout their assigned NYC, Long Island or New Jersey territory

• Interested in building a long-term sales career rather than looking for a temporary position

Previous experience in outside sales, merchant services, telecom, solar, home improvement, insurance, real estate, automotive sales, B2B sales or door-to-door sales is helpful but not required.

Training, sales materials and support will be provided. Representatives will be expected to manage their own daily activity, maintain consistent prospecting volume and communicate regularly with management regarding leads, follow-ups and closed accounts.

This is a commission-based opportunity with substantial earning potential for people who are willing to consistently prospect, follow up and close business. There is no ceiling on production, and high-performing representatives will have opportunities for increased responsibility as the company grows.
